Institutes subscribe on a monthly partner plan from PKR 3,000 to PKR 25,000 per month, depending on the institute's number of students. Plans cover expert sessions, FYP evaluation support, curriculum development, faculty training and partner branding. Institutes that stay members for one year get one of their students financed by CBIC for the China visit.
Expert workshops, online sessions and the Digital Learning Portal are on the CBIC roadmap as future opportunities. Recordings will be made available there once the programme launches.

After registration you complete an online assessment on the CBIC web app, describing your projects, practical work, research and ideas in detail. AI maps your skills, and the CBIC evaluation team carries out a first review — scheduling a short clarification call with you if anything needs clarifying — before making the final decision. Your final report and verifiable certificate are then published, and students who meet the criteria join the National Talent Pool.
